I offer a 14 day money back guarentee if you are unhappy with your print or it arrives damaged. Please ensure you return the item in its original packaging wherever possible so I can ascertain how the damage was caused

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, I will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
